Incredible location within walking distance of Church Street Marketplace. Very convenient for shopping, dining, and visiting breweries. Delicious breakfast served. The room was charming and appealing. Equipped with coffee and tea making facilities, as well as a fridge.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for in the area.

I wasn't loving the pillows. The choices were really hard or super soft.

so close to everything walking distance to Church street and all around really great service. Everyone was so nice, it was very clean the rooms were ample big enough for a party of 4 and honestly we had one night were we grabbed some snacks from there snack "bar" and the price was really not all that inflated!

for the price i just wish there was a "comp" breakfast HOWEVER there coffee was amazing ALSO paying for parking is a bit much seeing as the price per night was more then high enough... (i have always felt this way) but if there is no other place to park for FREE and the Hotel parking garage is the only place to park then it should be included in your stay fee.... over all though great place I would definitely stay again but maybe without a car next time. Also if there was a place to park for free that was not mentioned... I know its a downtown area but I truly feel that its not fair to people travailing to have that extra expense , expectantly when it was not stated (well that i found) before arrival.

The rooms here are modern and of high quality, featuring bedside tables, a sofa, and a stunning view, with the breakfast being very enjoyable and satisfying.

Ventilation in our bedroom was poor.

I really enjoyed how nice and convenient the property was. The fantastic staff fulfilled my special request for extra pillows and blankets. The room was beautiful with a private bathroom and central heating. It was equipped with a flat-screen television and a safe.

The restaurant was disorganized and with a very limited complimentary breakfast for a $300+ a night hotel.

The place was clean and recently renovated. The staff was very helpful and incredibly attentive. The location was unbeatable and excellent, just 5 minutes walk from a community park. The area was extremely comfortable, really close to downtown and Lake Champlain, and the park.

No complaints at all, the venue met all required needs.

We greatly enjoyed rooms with a king bed. Coffee/tea makers and a fridge were a nice touch...

The room was amazing and super nice, plus you could catch a really beautiful view of the sunset 🌅. the location was perfect and really nice, just a short 10-15 minute walk away from Church Street.

The hotel was modern and terrific in every respect. the staff was amazingly attentive on my special request for extra pillows and blankets. - I booked a room for the best view of fireworks. - Amenities like central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television were available.

The staff and the property location was excellent! We were made feel like home! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean too! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for wonderful weekend getaway!

Great location, close to Church Street and the waterfront. Spacious rooms for up to 4 people. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Good snacks at reasonable prices.

The room was nice, relatively well insulated. The hotel was clean, staff was nice, and the location is good.

The room was nearly 80 degrees when we got up there, so we had to run the AC to get it down to a reasonable temp. The utilities are built into the room, and we had to listen to the AC ( which is loud enough to wake the dead ) go on and off all night. The bed, despite being huge, was not particularly comfortable. Also, they made me pay ten bucks to park at the hotel per night. Seriously? You guys don't even have parking for people who are staying with you?
